Who we are

Walsta is a pre-launch project based in Quebec, Canada. It is not yet incorporated. The individual responsible for the protection of personal information can be identified on request. For privacy matters, contact us at privacy@walsta.com.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you provide when you join our waitlist: your email address, and optionally your first name, last name, and company name.

We also collect basic technical information automatically through our website host and analytics tools, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps us understand how the site is used and keep it working properly.

Why we collect it

We use this information to contact you about Walsta's launch, early access, and product updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Consent

By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to us contacting you about Walsta. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at privacy@walsta.com.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to operate our website and manage our mailing list, including HubSpot, which stores waitlist information on our behalf in Canada. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

Future changes to Walsta

Walsta expects to incorporate as a Canadian company. If that happens, the waitlist information described here will transfer to that company and continue to be handled under a privacy policy at least as protective as this one. We will update this page and note the change at the top.

Your rights

Under Canadian and Quebec privacy law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To make a request, contact us at privacy@walsta.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and we will update the date at the top.
